1) MORE STADIUMS
2)LESS POLITICS
3)LESS NO. OF RANJI TEAMS
4)GOOD COACHES AT U-16, U-19
1 AXE WILL NOT HELP, IT WILL LEAD TO ANOTHER!!!!

Obviously Virender Sehwag. The guy needs some time off cricket to redeem his self-confidence. These days, he has been fiddling with the "just outside off stump" ball too often and thus giving catching practice to slip fielders. Sign of a batsman in poor form. Giving him some rest will allow him to rediscover his destructive ways.

Sehwag coz he is out of form and with some rest he should be able to find his form back. He is a reflex batsmen and as u get older yr reflexes become slower so he will need to take some time out of the game to rest.

all except saurav coz chapell is not at all a gud coach,coz now india wants a gud bowling coach.
sehwag is fit only for ads,he must be very busy wit his ads,so he doesnt hav enuf time to play.

i think it should it should be sehwag as he is performing fr so long , he should learn it frm Zaheer who has made superb come back after being axed , samm should be done with sehwag!!!!
