TSH is your thyroid stimulating horomone released by the pituitary. It controls how often your thyroid is stimutlated and in turn how often in releases the horomone thyroxine.
Thyroxine is very important in controling the cell's metabolism. Normal levels of TSH means your thryoid gland is neither over active or under active, which is good thing!

FSH is follicle stimulating horomone. It's in both men and woman and concerns there reproductive organs. In a woman it controls the maturing of an egg cell and the release of estrogen. The estrogen is what also gives females there secondary characteristcs. When you get your period for the first time, it's because FSH has stimulated the first egg call (I believe it's called an "Ova") In males it stimulates the semniferous tubules to beginning producing sperm. Again normal levels means your good!

LH is lutenizing horomone concerns itself again with the male and female reproductive systems. LH in the females maintains the corpus luteum but also stimulates the FSH. Maintaining a corpurs luteum keeps progesterone levels high, so you won't get your period. This usually happens when you are pregnant. LH in the males controls the production of testosterone which again will stimulate sperm production but will also give males their secondary male characteristics.

Prolactin is after pregnancy and controls the production of milk in the breasts. Prolactin is in the blood throughout pregnancy and I believe also in minimal amounts when not pregnant but you do not produce milk because the female sex horomes (estrogen) keep prolactin from stimulating glands in the breasts. After birth, progesterone and estrogen levels drop dramatically, and that is why milk begins to be produced.

Cervical musus I'm so sorry, I don't know about! I would assume it's what helps keep the vagina clean and it most likely keeps about basterial invaders.

When tests come out with normal levels usually that means a good thing!

I hope that helped! I tried not to be to crazy with my wording.

Cervical mucus is tested for viscosity. If it is too thick then it makes it more difficult for sperm to pass. The other parts to your question were answered correctly in the other post.
