It depends on the model of the phone. You can use the memory card, infrared, or Bluetooth. You may even be able to use the Cable. Did it come with software called PC Suite?

The easiest way is with a memory card. The type depends on which model it is.

There will be a setting in the camera phone that tells if you want to save the pictures to the card or phone memory. Use card and when you remove the card the pictures are stored on it.

Then put the card in a card reader that's compatible and connect it to your computer.

Email them to yourself from your phone, then put them in My Pictures in Windows. I do it all the time. Good luck!
