I am 17 right now and have a question. First of all my penis is rather small... :( So I was wondering will it stay like this or will it get bigger?

it probably won't grow any bigger.if you are truly unhappy with it you can get it surgically enlarged.

By 18 or 19 your penis is usually full grown.
You don't say how small "rather small" is, but alot of guys with average size penises think they are actually small. Based on all research I have seen, the documented penis sizes for american men fall into these ranges:
Below Average: 3.5 to 4.9 inches
Average: 5 to 6.9 inches
Above Average: 7 to 8.5 inches
Extraordinary or just exageration: 8.6 and above
If you are 17, chances are there is not much more to grow, but don't get too concerned. Even if you are in the below average range, it is still more than enough to have sex and pleasure yourself.
By the way: the most accepted way to measure the penis is to press a ruler lightly into your pubic hair (on the top of your Penis) and measure from the pubic hair to the tip of your penis.

You don't state size bud, the average male penis is 6 to 7 inches but medical books give the best info......youtrethnic background is part of your average penis size.....also body weight....a six inch penis on a 140 lbs guy looks bigger than a six inch penis on 300 lbs guy......so a slim stomach and waiste make it look bigger........
Also does it point up.....if not the penis muscle has been damaged
Just be in great body shape....a very socialable personality....and she wont care much on the sixe.....she will prefer oral on her most of the time.........

You don't say how big you are but the average erect penis is between 4 & 7 inches long. Your penis is usually at it's max within the 1st year of puberty. It is not what you have that matters but how you use it. Enjoy what you have.

Just keep drinking milk and pulling on it and it might get bigger. Just don't pull it off.

Well, since you have sunch a teeny weeny at 17, I'd say you have lupus. Go to the doctor immediately, get an ANA for lupus.
