Vitamins are good but they're not a substitute for eating healthy food. I would go to your local health food store & check out all the different vitamins they have. Folks that work in health food stores are a good resource & can even suggest energy drinks, if you can't always eat right. I would cut out anything white (sugar, rice & starch) & stay well hydrated.
You're working out & making your body healthy & strong.
To do so, you need eat the right kinds of foods to enhance your cardio work-out, not to so could hurt you. :)
