Yes dance will help you with your balance, coordination, following directions, staying fit and in shape, as well as alot of other stuff. I have been dancing since I was three years old and I love it! It is a blast. If you get really serious about dancing, you can participate in dance competitions which take place on the regional & national levels. They are FUN..especially if you place good in them. I would definately say that you should at least try it.

Dance lessons will help build large skeletal muscles that hold your whole frame steady. You didn't mention your age.......there is a period of adolescence where the bones grow faster than the memory cells in the muscles (or the muscles themselves) and this can be pretty clumsy for a while.Yoga, martial arts, and patterned dance will help with the development and control of muscles. So does remembering you have a problem and paying attention to what your doing with a higher % of your attention. Also, have your hearing checked-inner ear problems may contribute to the effect.

Dance, especially ballet, helps with posture, which in turn may help with balance. However, I've been dancing for 17 years and am still a huge klutz in terms of walking into stuff and dropping things. I actually know lots of people who are like that; graceful in the studio, and soooo not graceful outside!

Yes they will. Go for it . However as a dancer myself, Ballroom, Tap, Modern and dance for the stage, I have found that many dancers are clumsy if it is not choreographed. But that's just my observation. Dance is a great way to develop poise and straight and stamina. Dance on my Dear.

Of course it will! However, I don't know if you need to take dance lessons. Dance Dance Revolution has improved my balance tremendously, and it's fun, too!

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?Bavb
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied

No
your lack of balance will destroy your dancing !!
However, time -----that is what will improve your balance
Give it time---this is a phase
when you regain your balance and composure---then take up dancing -- and I'll bet you'll be great at it !!!
