if im going to pay 150.00 for a fake dolce and gabana bag should i just give in and get a real one? Normally I would just get a real one but the fake one is almost exact except for a line of stiching.

Does the extra line of stitching make the bag more attractive or is it just a subconcious thing?

Ask yourself, "If the real one were designed like the fake one, which one would look better to my eyes?"

I always ask myself that. I swear, sometimes the knock off actually looks better.

I have both fakes and real ones. I love saving money.
Just be honest with yourself.

If you would feel very uncomfortable with the knock off and you feel it may just sit in your closet, forever unused, for fear someone might notice, then get the real one. I wouldn't want you to waste your money on something that would just collect dust.

You'll be fine, with the choice you make, if you just remember, many movie stars and millionaires buy fakes too. It's ALWAYS smart to watch how you spend money, no matter how rich you are.

HAPPY SHOPPING! No one will judge you.

I know I'm very late to answer, but that depends. Sometimes, fakes actually DO look better than real ones! I should know- I'm designer addicted! And anyways, if you buy a real Dolce, would it leave a big dent in your bank account? I think you should get the fake, because 150 isn't a lot for a fake- it shows its authorised and has permission from the company to make it!

It all depends on why you are buying it. If it is for the status symbol, then the fake would do just fine.

If you are more into the details and fine leathers then I would go with the real one. I have owned fakes and real ones, and now I don't buy anything but real ones. My tastes change pretty frequently too, so while I'm saving up for a nice one I can make sure I get the one I really want.

I would say that just get the real bag. 150 is too much for a fake one. also you will feel better knowing that your holding the real thing. the first time i got a real coach bag i loved the thing and there is just something about having the real one verses the fake. also you will get more for the real one if you decide to sell it on ebay.

I think you should get a real bag of a different brand because it seems kind of stupid to pay so much for a fake purse. A purse is just a purse, why must it be a D&G or a D&B or Gucci or whatever?

I have never seen or felt fake. All my ladies have been natural. I need to try some out in order to give a better opinion. Any volunteers on the visual or feel help?

Save the money and go for the FAKE. I saved 5 bucks on a 3-pack of "Fruit of the Loon". It wasn't the real thing because the bundle of grapes was missing. But I was like "WHO'S GOING TO SEE??????"

If you pay 150 dollars for a purse your stupid and deserve to be bamboozled. Cmon are you such a sucker buy a bag and give the money to someone who needs it for groceries. I cannot believe you worry about a 150 dollar shopping bag sometimes I have less than that to shop for groceries for a family of six for a week. Get over yourself and get real.
