Breadfruit if a tropical fruit which grows on very tall trees. Roasted breadfruit is actually putting the fruit to cook in its skin over an open fire. After it is completed the skin which is usually green, becomes black and requires peeling. You can eat it just like that or you can fry it and put a bit of salt on it. Yum!
