You can find out how complicated or simple your doctors want the website to be. Whether they want it to be visually impressive or simple. You can also ask them if they want any special features. I guess the doctors want to avoid complicated security procedures, but best to ask them. Also you can tell the doctors about some free code you can paste in their website, with the saving in programming cost by using the free sample code.
