All sorts of things - a degree in anything doesn't particularly restrict you.
The obvious things:
Teaching
Scientific research in academia
Industrial research e.g. in pharmaceutical companies
Patents
Scientific publishing
etc.
However, I have friends with bioscience degrees who are now lawyers, doctors, computer programmers, system administrators, artists, administrators, general managers, marketers etc etc.
