How about we not make him a martyr and put him on public display and make him suffer the way an Iraq prisoners suffer, No food unless relitives or friend feed him. No rights, No forgivness. we put people in prison for life...and what is the cost...Millions...This one is worth it!! Even putting him in a zoo is worthy of him and his crimes...at least Hitler died on his own before we got to him.

No, he shouldn't. His death will cause more problems than giving justice to those he abused. The problem with this is that he still has supporters, and that the Arabs will claim that the ruling to kill him was based on what the US wanted not what the Iraqi people or the Kurds whom he ordered the killing of many of them. This is going to cause a lot of trouble, and many will want to avenge his death. life imprisonment sound better than killing him.

Add:
Now it is too late. He is dead. May he rest in Peace. He may not gave many people peace during his life, and now he is in the hands of God, and He will be the judge of him. I hope his death will not cause us the living more trouble than we already are seeing around the world. Hope for Peace to ALL.

I would agree with Ann C. It would make us hypocrites if we did that. Besides, who says he is a martyr? In someone else's opinion, he is. But is that opinion worth anything? No. Of course not. I'm not entirely sure what I would do, but if we did hang him, I'd bring all the armed forces back, let the Iraqis fight on their own now, and have our armed forces protect our country where they can.

Us killing Hitler wouldn't have made him a martyr.

We can't put him on display etc. because it violates our cruel and unusual punishment laws.

I do find the hanging sentence interesting though.

Given the present months activities and the "inner" Iraqi attitude/conflict among they selves, I say; that before you positioned any execution date; Saddam could be enable "unfastened" upon those cowards whom are killing each and every others women human beings, the previous, the harmless, and their infants. human beings like those purely understand one factor; and that's Saddam. All this romanticism approximately given them their "freedom" on the fee of the lives of our youthful men and females human beings interior the provider and ; !!!which "freedom" they have used to "kill and ambush" US and coalition forces must be carried out away with. Edit: I edited the 0.33 line from the backside, so each and every of the bleeding hearts right here supplies you me some greater, or ; each and every of the "thumbs down" they could like. certainty all hurts ; does not it?

No. He should not be a martyr. His death would trigger more civil war violence.
