How does a person you do not like, become your best friend and when you say "How can WE tell..do you mean you and someone else? The best way is to be honest...

How did she get to be your best friend if you didn't like her? Sounds like she is doing something that is causing you not to like her any more. If that is true, than I think you owe it to her to talk to her and tell her what the problem is. She may not even know whats going on. Get her side of the story and do what ever it takes to save the relationship. If you were the one being kicked out of the gang, wouldn't you want a second chance? Give her a chance to make it right. Good friends are hard to come by. She apparently had some good qualities or else you wouldn't refer to her as "our best friend".

Lets see here, How do we tell our best friend that we don't like her >!!?????? if she is your best friend, you must like her some, sounds like she is just around to much... sounds like you need to have her around a little less... Tell her that just the two of you are going to the movies.. you will call her later... you have to run some errands.. call her later... got a headache, will call her later.. You are super busy and can't talk right now, will call her later.. just go out with her maybe once a week.. if you still are calling her your best friend there must be some good qualities about her.. don't tell her your hate her or anything like that, just tell her you need some space and you will get together with her later on, and make the date to get together with her later on.. just not as often.. she will get the hint.. I am sure..

i really dont know the situation that well but if i was you i would sit down with her and be like grl what is up cuz u arent actin the same and its really bothering us, if that doesnt work and she doesnt respond in a way of fixin it just be like ok well ill just talk to ya later. and slowly get away from her and stop callin her and just end it in a nice way instead of sayin u suck and we hate you. bye.

in that way? just tell her that u really care about her, just in more of a sisterly way then a sexual way. tell her that u wouldnt want to jepordize your friendship either. believe me, it does...its happened to me multiple times.
