Start off with something that will immediately get their attention- something in the introduction that is different and unusual and directed at them. Say something funny like " Good morrrrning. everyone!-Don't get toooo comfortable because no one's napping today in the lecture hall" and start from there-it will wake them up a bit. Keep to the points in your lecture, short and sweet and if long, it will have to have a lot of humourous interruptions to keep them focus. Even if you have things to show them, do it all with enthusiasm .Let them ask questions too. It's all in the tone of your voice and the actions you make.

Difficult question to answer. You must view the problem from students' angle. Find, Why they do not give attention to the Lectures. Make your lectures interesting. For this you should prepare the subject well, and go down to their level of understanding the subject. Students like light humor also in the lecture. Interact with students by asking simple and answerable questions to evaluate how far your lectures are understood by them. Small anecdotes and stories will add taste for listening to your lectures.Tell them a little about your student days. Command over subject and language is very important. Of course 90 students is a crowd for keeping the attention.
Wish you all the Best.

arrange the ninety students in clusters and give a secret monitor for each cluster to list down the names of those poeple who are not listening. tell them they get minus 20 for the upcoming quiz.(if they get listed.)

warning: don't group together best of friends, and friends. you should try grouping them with thier enemies. they wont talk.

Now and then ask questions, and pick the inattentive students to answer. I am sure this will make everyone prick their ears for the next words, you will be saying.

you have to be creative. however don't stress yourself with getting the attention of the audience. if you sound passionnate and knowledgable enough about what you're talking about. believe me people will pay attention.

I used to have a teacher who talk very softly, so softly that we have to be quiet to listen to what he is saying.
