How do you clean a toilet tank with stuff you have at home. Not the bowl.?

Once a week pour 1 cup of whit vinegar into the tank and one into the bowl, let it sit overnight. This will remove residues and hardwater accumulation.

I second Abby's idea here, also, for scrubbing stubborn stains, use bi carb soda, mixed to a paste. you don't need much. (Also for kitchen too) So much better for the environment, and kinder on your purse.........
