Sometimes Yahoo stops posting new questions for a while. So the last ones asked will stay on the main page for several minutes until the new ones are posted.

If yahoo answers posts it on the main question board you can get a lot of answers. This is very rare though and it's never happened with any of my questions.

When you go to the home page, and they have those questions at the top of the page that are best of yahoo answers, I saw your question up there when I logged on today.

Idk people just answer more to some questions than to others... also if it's an easy answer or a question like How was your day then tend to answer more. :)
Now that I saw ur question a lot of people must have had different ideas! go for the record! :)
