Either:
Sasuke (cause he's cool) or Shikamaru (favorite character)-Naruto
Ray or Kai (both awesome)- Beyblade
Ichigo (love him!)-Bleach

Folken from Escaflowne, Gendo Ikari from Evangelion, or Zechs from Gundam Wing, there is always a mist of charm and power surrounding a seemingly bad guy who actually holds a secret agenda.
All else fails, Jiraya from Naruto, that guy KNOWS how to have a good time!!!!!!
