I am very grateful and I always say thank you.If it is from someone and it is really unexpected I send a thank you card.Like at Christmas time when my kids give me gifts they have bought at school I really go out of my way to Cherish the gift of them just thinking of me.

It is more blessed to give than to receive. I love to give gifts, I listen well to family and friends, if there is anything that a person ever mentions, then I try my best to get that gift for him/her. When I receive a gift, I love it for what it means, that the giver has a good heart and wanted to make me happy. With a grateful heart I thank that person and also write a thank you note and mail. And I never trash an unwanted gift item. I save it, also I do not try and give it to someone else, people could get hurt by doing those things. If a person does not have someone to give a gift to, there are many charity organizations, which would be blessed by your gift(s). Another thing I love to do is to give a gift anonymously, that is fun and makes me feel great.

Depends on the gift how I react, if a gag gift, I laugh, if sentimental, I cry, if from the heart I smile, give kisses and say Thnak You. I am grateful for any gift, shows that person thought of you, even if only for as long as it took to pick it out and put in bag or wrap I also send a Thank You card, that lets the person know once again that you are thinking of them.

I love to give gifts and receive them. I tell the person that gave me a gift how much I appreciate the thought. If you like the gift, thank them and tell them how wonderful it is. If you don't like it, just leave it at the "appreciate the thought" part.

I am greatful whenever anyone thinks about me. I actually like giving then receiving though. I just merely say thank you for the gift that was very thoughtful of you.

How can you not be grateful? I love getting gifts and when I do get them, I let the people know how much I appreciate it. I smile a lot and say thank you numerous times. If I think they don't get how thankful I am, I write a thank you letter.

In Oxford dictionary there is no word as "greatful"
However there is "grateful" which means - feeling or showing gratitude.

When I receive a gift I am thankful and not grateful.

depends on the gift... this year i didn't feel like i deserved anything (lets just say i'm on the naughty list this year..... for some pretty bad things....)

but i made my dad some art thanking him, and i said thank you over and over, and i caled up all my relatives and said thanks.

my stepmom was being a total *****, and i think it's because she only got expensive purfume (juicy cutoure) and some angel decor, and my bro and i got a tv. it pissed me off that she would yell at my dad on x mass..... i'm sorry,b tu for one day of the year SHE NEEDS TO KEEP HER BIG MOUTH SHUT.
geeze!
