I dont think so, its just catering to a certain demographic theill have others. Kind of like the one The Dodge Ram had in spanish saying this tour truck the ones most lations drive, or Chevy with the Silverado SS and the latin beat to the commercial.

What is racist about it? Many ranches have initials as the name, and since it's only 2 K's, I don't see a problem.

No not at All. How many times do you see the word she or her in the Bible. Not as much as him or he or Man. So is that book racist Too then? There has never been a woman in the Whitehorse as a president. So is the government racist too. A lot of Mexicans get our jobs in the U.S over the white people and blacks so the people that hire them must be racist too. Right??

No, it's not racist, but if you think it is, then what’s the problem?
Since the issue of the 'KK' has been addressed, I'll ask what's the problem with the words 'this is our country'?
It is our country. We fought for it against the British, the Indians, and the Mexicans, and many Americans died to protect it from all of these and other foreign powers, so what else should they be saying? 'This is our country but we're going to show favor to illegal aliens by letting them get away with not paying 3 years in back taxes and offer state tuition rates to their kids for college, and not require them to renew their drivers license or carry auto insurance, and we welcome all foreigners and terrorists to invade it at will and impose their beliefs and lifestyles on us, including making it illegal to fly the American flag in your yard, or put up a nativity scene at Christmas because it offends the Iranians and Buddhists that moved in down the street in houses paid for by the U.S. government using American tax dollars'?
While that may sadly be the case, I think that should be the issue American's are concerned with rather than worrying about whether or not Chevrolet is offending people that move here from another country, then complain about America because we give them the freedom to do so when we should be putting them on a boat and sending them back home.
Chevy is using our American heritage to market their product. Nothing wrong with that.
From a few of the answers given, it sounds to me like a few Americans need to be reminded of their heritage, and of the many men that have fought and died to make this our country.
If it's being racist to be proud of the fact that the United States of America is our country, then I guess I'm a racist, and proud of it.

You mis-read the brand - it's the "KY" Ranch and it's the same place where they filmed Brokeback Mountain. So it's not racist, just homophobic...

No, but point taken.
Shameless advertising, really. I saw an ad for the jeep "Patriot" today.
Really? Patriot? How about the Jeep Lance Corporal?
The advertisers don't seem to realize how much it turns off everybody else....

It doesn't seem racist to me. If the ranch was the KKK ranch, then it would seem racist.
