All the punditry is talking about Quinn going first overall; is Smith going back to Ohio State next year? I thought he was a senior...I would imagine both the teams vying for the first overall pick, Lions and especially the Raiders, would be more interested in the athletic Smith than the pocket dropper Quinn, especially after seeing Vince Young compared to Matt Leinart this year.

Troy Smith is going to the NFL but isnt a high rated passer because of his size. He isn't the greatest pocket passer and unlike Brady Quinn he hasn't played in a pro-style offense. Vince Young is a 6'5 and has great speed, Troy Smith is 6 foot with great speed and also Troy Smith has off the field issues from 2 years ago which could potentially move him to a 2nd round pick

in the past BIllick have been given canned(dumbest mistake ever) i might have stated NO way... yet now its perplexing to assert... i might decide directly to work out Boller be the starter and Smith the backup; i think of that they might make an surprising and useful mixture... they stability one yet another very properly... Smith did seem solid the final 2 video games, yet Boller has additionally come a protracted way from the fairway rookie that he as quickly as grow to be, I dont think of that they intend to make the comparable mistake that they made with Boller and throw Smith into the beginning place too early... the two way next twelve months has have been given to be greater effective go RAVENS

Smith is a senior so he will not be going back to OSU, but as far as I know has not declared for the draft (I think he has to wait until after the BCS Championship so that he can keep his NCAA eligibility).
