Probably reading is too slow for you.
You probably like fast info bits with lights and sounds with it....it's more entertaining than using your own imagination.
You are a product of our age of technology, it isn't entirely your fault...there's probably nothing "wrong" with you.
I would recommend trying to read a topic that you enjoy...or try a graphic novel...it has pictures with the words. (grin)
Try very thin books or read magazines or short stories or a collection of essays (or maybe poetry?)
Don't look at reading as a chore, make it fun.

- our teachers would tell us to read and read and read. It bothers us. For how many years they did just that. So, when we read other books we think our teachers are the one letting us read. It becomes a job. A very heavy job.
*Is Something wrong with you?
- more or less, 70% of people in the universe don't like reading. Nothing's wrong with you.
*How can you start liking it?
- REad books that bring interest to you. Ask things to yourself that you are curious about; look for them in books. When you read a novel, start predicting the things that's possible to happen.
That way you're gonna see reading as a hobby, not a job.

this will manifest in u~as all things are on a time line of roll reversal that seems to be a intelligence triangle in changing behavior phenomena, early in life i came across one who book was the tomarrow file, it was the fact that all that we profess will come to reverse it sell completely and we will say things that are totally contradictory to what we believe because the world will have changed that much and as we move forward in time this phenomena reduces the time of the equation by half every 8 years to fours and we now are beyond where the book tell how long u will be unable to read because of other priorities, u have already begun the mechanism it will come as your energy levels to do more is compounded i use gnc to get herb and mineral to read more books on which stuff to buy to enhance memory and so forth

Force yourself to read and you will soon, perhaps start to like it.
Nothing is wrong with you, you just dont have the desire to read at this point in your life.
Reading is a whole new world though!

No there's nothing wrong with you ; but you are limiting yourself on a world of knowledge and enjoyment . Browse through your local library until you find a topic that interests you . It will open up a whole new world to you .

There is nothing wrong with you. Don't sweat it. We all don't have to enjoy reading, it doesn't mean we are not intelligent or capable of a sophisticated conversation. I bet you like to spend your time doing other things. Focus on that, and don't worry that you don't like to read. You can read, and that is all that matters!

You may have dyslexia. Do you struggle with reading? Maybe it's not enjoyable for you because you read slowly. You might try listening along to the books while reading them to see if it improves your speed. You can get audio books out of the library. If you have dyslexia, you can get books from www.rfbd.org.

Probably because you're a boy. Girls read more easily and talk too much..
Your reading skills will increase over time.
