When the body is low in vitamin C, the walls of your cells break more easily, causing bruising. MIGHT be something as simple as eating a little citrus each day.

There are many reasons for bleeding and therefore bruising easily some are of no great importance and can easily be corrected others are life threatening and may need prolonged and complex medical intervention. Two points how old are you and do you take any regular medications that contain aspirin?
If this question refers to you or some one in your family or immediate circle then go to a doctor and get yourself checked with a few simple blood tests.
