You will need to buy some resin....

Composite Envisions on ebay has some great products...

You will need not only the resin but the MEKP(hardener) as well.

You start by making a mold of the end shape, it must have a good drafting angle to be removed without trapping the resin once its hardened, unless you like to make molds every casting....

The mold will need to be waxed for easy removal. Mold wax is available, but a good car wax is a great substitute.

Place the object in the mold but it cant touch the sides, wire is good for this....

Mix the resin/mekp to the listed ratio, and pour into the mold....

Place the piece in a warm place to help speed the drying process...

When dry remove from the mold, and sand/polish to your desired effect....

Good luck!
