what are the ussual problems of students in dealing with accountancy courses?

my problem was I kept having trouble remembering which figures go into debit and which go into credit...it's a lot different than in kkeeping a check book. and then if the totals come out wrong, I had to figure out what I did wrong.

Comprehension!!! Accounting deals with way more than just numbers. I was majoring in it until I took Federal Taxation...then I changed majors!!
