It's the eyeliner effect. Use a pencil eyeliner, that's easiest. Make sure it's a little bit blunt and if it's very hard, pop it in the microwave for a couple of seconds. Then pull down your bottom lid and line that one with the pencil, then line your upper lid above the lashes with the pencil. Smudge this with an eyeshadow sponge. I also like to use a slanted eyeliner-powder brush to apply black eyeshadow over the eyeliner to keep it in place and create the smudge effect better. Then curl eyelashes with an eyelash curler and put on two coats of mascara. Work the brush in a zigzag motion from the base of the roots to the tips, then allow to dry, and coat again.
Be careful using any tools you're not familial with around your eyes, and make sure to pay attention to any reactions you have in case you're allergic.

Use Mac eyeshadow base and very light color eyeshadow best would be closest to your complexsion but with little shimmer. Just a dab over you eyelid and by the brow bone. Use smashbox brow tech in taupe to fill out you eyebrow, which contours the face. And hint of mascara... that should do the trick. Good Luck :)

Seems to be a brown eyeliner and some mascara. Perhaps a natural shade on her eye lids other than that nothing special. Just basic nuetral makeup.

Why don't you just ask your friend? It looks like she's got a shimmery beige shadow, just to the crease, then think eyeliner on top and in the bottom lids, and some mascara. Good luck!

There is nothing major. Simple eyeshadow that is almost practically the color of your skin with shimmer (not glitter, but shimmer). Put volumizing mascara, and concentrate especially on the outer corners to make your eyes stand out more! I think that is basically it!!!!!!
Hope my advice helps!!!!

All it looks like is a lot of mascara. Maybe some eyeliner inside her bottom eyelid.

She doesn't seem to have very much on at all...maybe a very light beige or tan eyeshadow, and she doesn't seem to have any liner on. It also looked like she used a little mascara, so that should be all you need...
