There was a movie on Lifetime TV about a teenage girl who cut. Unfortunately I can't recall the name.

PLEASE PLEASE tell me you are not cutting. I have had to deal with that firsthand. My wife is bipolar and cut for 2 yrs. She quit about a year ago. It was pure hell for us when she was doing it. The thing she didn't realize is, whatever release she was getting from cutting was offset by the pain she was causing those around her that had to watch her do it. It was mental torture for me to see someone I loved intentionally hurting themselves. Through councilling and medication we FINALLY got hers under control. If you are cutting I beg you to seek councilling. There are also several support groups online that can help but please just talk to someone. Email me if you just need someone to talk to.
