At the moment, yes, Pluto is still part of our Solar System. While it is no longer classified as a planet, it has been reassigned to the category of "dwarf planet".

There are, however, a number of scientists who are appealing that decision and are fighting to put Pluto back as a planet. Only time will tell which one prevails, but for now, Pluto is not a planet, but still part of our solar system.

Our solar system's boundaries have not changed. All that has changed is that Pluto, which is an oddball, is no longer considered a full-fledged planet. Pluto's orbit hasn't changed one bit as a result of this. Heck, Pluto has been put in a class that includes bodies in the asteroid belt as well as in the Kuiper belt (i.e., beyond Pluto's orbit).
