In MY Opinion, It Doesnt matter..
they really are all the same..

Windows, Has a Type of Bandwith block, Installed on it..
to minimize Internet Problems..

Because,
on the Same internet Gateway, in my offices,
We have Linux, and Windows Computers, on the same Router.

and the linux computers Get The full 10mbps, and the Windows, Only get about 700-800 kbps..

which is a huge Difference..

sometimes Cheaper is better.
Depends on what your spending budget is..

id go with Verizon.. or Maybe, Direct TV;s Version of Sattelite, DSL

Your welcome,
Hope This Helps.

Check your local area for the available companies. Then you should check which has the speed you desire at lowest price. Also if you want the fastest keep in mind, a lot of people want to be fast but since so many people near you have the same company, it will make the internet slower.

So fastest isn't always the fastest cause your neighbors will slow you down.
