This song was made when I was a young girl but I love it. I hear it on the radio (oldies but goodies) -R&B, but I always miss the artist's name. All I know is the main chorus goes like this...

I feel like a goober but it's the best way I can describe it. Any guesses on who this might be? It's a female singer.

I believe you are talking about Denice Williams - she started out being back up singer for Stevie Wonder.....actually she took Minnie Rippertons place. The nameof the song is free.
