That's the danger by overclocking because you are not overclocking the CPU, but your entire system (RAM, PCI slots, etc.) Some hardware respond well to overclocking and some don't. Or your ethernet card can could have just failed due to normal hardware failure.

What happens if you set everything back to default?

I Dont Think That Raising A PCI bus;s Speed, Could Change the Speed of your Ethernet..

BEcause the blocks microsoft, Places, To Lower your Bandwith, to your computer, CAn Not be changed..

On my Widnows Based Computers i get a max, Of 700kbs.
and On my Linux based Computers i get up to the full 10MBps

But, It Should not have Burned out your card..

But, That is a Very Possible Cause, Because Overclocking Causes More Voltage to hit your Boards.

so When You Restarted Last, Or Even acessed the internet last, It may have overloaded.

Try reinstalling the card, before Buying a new one.

Your welcome,
Hope This Helps.

Ethernet card is for connection to internet and it is not connect to your Power Supply so I Highly doubt its caused by over clock. Over Clock usually fries the power supply which breaks everything connected to it sometimes, or fries the mother board. I really doubt the Ethernet card will be effected.

I use to be a Computer Technician Assistant if this makes you feel any better.
