Or better yet, if they want to be gansters so bad, why don't they organize and start a mafia like real gangsters instead of just being dumb? Second of all, how can you own "turf"? Doesn't the government or the property owners technically own the so called "turf"? Things to ponder.

sometimes the place you live tends to dictate how you learn to deal with life in neighborhoods where poverty, drugs and violence reign many young people find violence as the only way to cope you may never know what it is like unless you have walked in another mans shoes.

From the start of time people, mostly men have felt the need to prove how tough they are.
There use to be run by stonings, now there is drive by shootings. Our technology evolves...sometimes people don't.
