like, could someone kinda flat chested (as in still little girl department) find a bra there?m talking like a 34 in girls.

34 is how many inches around your ribcage is. The cup size is the flat-or-not measurement. However, as someone who's probably about your size, I can vouch for the fact that Victoria's Secret sells a 34A!

I'm looking through my Victoria Secret magazine right now! The smallest size stated is 32A but in most sixes I found 34A stated. Remember, depending on the cut and manufacturer, size is just a number. Try on bras that are similiar to Victoria Secret as far as cut and style and then order or better yet if you live in the U.S. go to the Victoria Secret boutique. I once spoke to a sales representative on the phone and they mentioned that Victoria Secret does try to stay true to the sizing similar to other lingerie labels.

I know they have 32's I purchased them. Also, I beleive they have some styles in a 30 or even a 28. Most stores don't stock the smaller sizes but you should be able to special order them.

Well ofcourse. At Victoria Secrets their bra size starts from 30A. To be sure you can get a free measure up and see if you can fit any of the cups their or if they have your size.

32A. i use them and i am a full 180 degrees... i recommend the Very Sexy Push-Up.. it helps.. alot.
dont get a 34A.. even though the cup size is the same its still a little bigger... so stick with the 32A!!
