Electron transport chain -- absolutely. Definitely not glycolysis. Small amounts of ATP are made in the previous stages, but electron transport holds the big pay-off.

glycolysis!!! the gross ATP is 10 and the net ATP is 6.
2 ATPs are used breaking up the glucose and the other 2 ATPs are used as "bus fare" to transport the net.
