No they are not! We got a baby one, less than an inch big and he picked on fish twice his size, even killed a Bala shark bigger than him. Hes a shark...enough said.

Depends on the species.

Anything that is labled shark and is freshwater pretty much isnt an actual shark. Either a cyprinid or catfish labled shark because it looks sorta like a shark.

If you are talking about :

albino ruby shark aka albino rainbow shark(cyprinid)- they can be nasty towards thair own kind and towards other fish when they reach maturity. I had a normal one and he was a terror to the other semi aggressive fish i had.

albino iridescent shark (catfish)- Only considered aggressive because they will eat small fish. They get 4 ft long and are a migratory schooling catfish.

Those are the only 2 albino sharks i could think of.

It depends on the species. Some are friendly, but most are very aggressive. What kind of freshwater shark is it?

yes very friendly fresh water friendly
