Certain diet pills can suppress your hunger, but that is usually not the reason people gain weight. Most overweight people eat, not because they are hungry, but because of behavioral and psychological issues. Many people eat large servings because of habit. Others eat to *feel* good about themselves. They find solace in food. If you eat food that is bad for you, that compounds the problem.
A better approach would be to try to start eating better foods and begin an exercise program. Once you start burning calories from exercise, you will find that you can eat just about anything - especially at age 19. Your body will become very efficient at burning calories.
The problem with dieting is that it never works. Once you start *starving* your body, it soon figures it out and goes into survival mode. Meaning that your metabolism will slow down as it realizes that your are not eating. When you go back to eating your normal amount, you will gain even more weight. Why? Because now your metabolism is even slower than before.
My advice to you is to turn your body into a fat burning machine by exercising. 20 minutes a day is all it really takes to transform your body. Yout metabolism will increase and you will feel much better - both physically and mentally. Feed your body and mind... don't starve it.

Diet pills don't work. Try a good diet cut back on fats sugars and carbs and exercise. The only supplement that may help you is a fiber pill or powder that you mix into beverages. Fiber makes you fill "full". And DON'T use more than the package says too.
I like benefiber no taste and you can mix in anything.

No need to use diet pills. All you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.
Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!!!!!!

Nope, don't do the diet pills. Jjust eat less - eat 1/2 of what you usually eat in one sitting, cut out the fast foods/chips and carbonated sodas, white sugar/flour/ and cut down on your meat, and drink more water.
and be more physicially active, walking instead of driving all the time, take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Don't take the pills-some of them may speed up your heart-rate to a dangerous level, and have you shaking too.
