Check with Madhura Kamaraj University. Corresponde MTEch is available in JNTU Hyderabad, AP.

Well...What is the branch that you did graduation in ?
I am also not sure if M.Tech can be done by correspondence.
These days M.Tech. in Chemical Engg. is a good option.We also now have specialisation course after B.Tech.Chemical which are equivalent to M.Tech.
,in Indian colleges.
You should find out the courses like Sugar Mill Engineering / Paper Industrial Engg./Marine Engineering/ Mining Engg./Diamond Industries/M.tech with specialisation in Petroleum & Oils. They are like application courses with direct input from the work field of engineering.
There are also a lot others like this. Just search it out on Google.
You have to be clear about your intention about which line you wish to do from your heart !
