or if you're in word, you can just go to INSERT>SYMBOL and find the copyright symbol.

If you mean in microsoft word, type (R) for registered trademark and (C) for copyright. The program will use that command to create the little circle with the appropriate letter inside.

in MS Word it is made with (c) or go to insert/symbol/ then scroll down til you find it.
