They don't work with the inside controls OR with the remote control. Is there some sort of fuse, relay, or something else I need to look for? If so, where is it? Thanks!

Checked all fuses and they are okay. Can't seem to figure out anything about the relay(s). We can't find it in the owner's manual to see where it's located. Any ideas? Thanks!

There is a 20-amp fuse in the left side I/P fuse block. If that is okay, then I would check for an open or ground in the Door Lock Actuator Circuit. It all goes through the BCM, as well. The lock control circuit wire is TAN (coming from the BCM) & the unlock control circuit wire is GRAY (coming from the BCM). Good Luck!
It might be the Door Unlock Actuator.

They are definately fused but I don't believe they have a relay. Are any other electrical components effected? In rare case you might have burned a fusable link or tripped a circuit breaker but these usually involve more than one system. The fuse box is located under the hood. You will want the owner's manual handy when trying to decipher the different fuses, relays and circuit breakers. If you are still stumped call the dealer and ask if they can tell you exactly what to check. Good luck.

get your owners manual out...look up fuses in index. should show location and fuse number. then look in the fuse box under the hood, and you probably just have a blown fuse or bad relay...check the fuse for the door locks and if you have a relay, check it also...remove fuse and hold it up to the light and if blown it will have a burned spot, replace it with spare and see if things work normal. If Ok, remove relay and swap with one from the panel just like it, If you still have problem its in the wiring..

Fuses are least confusing to learn, the two good or undesirable, no virtually bads. could be a loose cord or the floor cord needs wiped clean/retightened/replaced, in many circumstances interior the doors or trunk, or the two. Or it would desire to be a battery mandatory interior the distant change on your hand.
