Sometimes, yes. Other times, no.
There are situations where I know I rock (I know it sounds conceited, but you tend to have confidence in your best areas.)
And yet, there are situations where my work doesn't, supposedly, 'meet my expectations' (even in areas I'm best at).
So, it really depends on the result of my work.

im always hard on myself because at the end of the day i have to live with me 24 hours a day and no one else can live my life for me so you have to be tough or you get walked all over .

Depends on what I'm doing, if it's something I'm really passionate about then definitely, if it isn't I may not be so hard on myself to get it done.
