I wanted my reply cards for my wedding shaped like a glass slipper. Can they be mail in the US or will they only except rectangles??

As long as the envelope is shaped like a rectangle and is heavy enough that the shape of the card won't disform it, it should be ok.

If you were sending invitations in the shape of a glass slipper, you could send them even without a rectangular envelope if you had them hand-canceled at the post office. Hand cancelling costs extra but keeps the card from getting stuck in the machines. You might be able to do this ahead of time with the reply cards, as well: call your central post office and find out if they do pre-cancelling by hand.
