I think you got a wrong site .... This is a place for Travel to the Philippines not philippenes. Anyway, most public places got their paging system for missing person. Also, radio station and TV station will be able to help you.

Try the radio station. DZRH at roxas blvd. beside starcity. They have slots for missing persons.
