I agree and I'm a guy. I didn't know people actually used lines like that. They must be the ones that don't have enough female interaction to realize how lame that is. I think the only lame pick up line that should ever be used is "Nice shoes, wanna f***?" lol. That's just for comedic purposes though and may grant you a slap, but it'd be worth it.

It is pretty simple...the guys with the toxic lines have not learned how to talk to women and are trying to use a shock factor to start a conversation. That is the only reasoning I can think of....plus it is fun sometimes to see what a woman will say when you try it:)

Ever watch t.v. or go to the movies or listen to a love song? Some guys feel like they have to be creative just to get a girl's attention. You have to know that male members of our species are really insecure deep down inside. Don't believe any differently. Rejection hurts.

Some guy came up to my friend while she was in the lunch line and asked if he could check her tags, because he wanted to see if she was made in heaven. The guys who use pick up lines probably lack enough intellegence to say something meaningful.
