Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon is a future reincarnation of Sailor Moon, who came from the far future, much further into than Chibi Usa' times.
Basically in the far future, everything was very depressing for Sailor Moon, so she returned to her past and become Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon.
But I don't know about Sailor Mini Moon. Unless, you're talking about Sailor Chibi Moon, and yes, she's the daughter of the reincarnation of Sailor Moon. She's into Mamoru because she had a father complex, because of this she is always fighting with her mother in the past.

Yes.. Explaining why she's called sailor mini*chibi in japan* moon.. She was sent back in time to recieve training from Sailormoon and the Sailor Scouts. And to help them with certain things along the way.

When I watched this cartoon 12 years+ ago, I'm pretty sure she's called chibi moon?
You're refering to the thing w/ pink hair right?
If I'm not wrong, she's Princess Serenity's (is that her name?) kid. She's sailor moon, isn't she?
So technically, chibi moon is sailor moon's daughter.
I dunno though, haven't watched it for God knows how long.
