Well Cox is best for high speed but depending on your area, meaning to the pin point of Zip Code, can differ in speed. Dial Up providers which most people use tend to be AOL or Net Zero. But once again, check you local area first.

Sometimes fastest isn't the best. Because it is the fastest everyone wants it, since over a thousand people around you are using the same thing, it may slow down. So look for the fastest one but keep in mind neighbors can make you slowdown.
