My husband is the best, he never ask anything of me and loves me the way I am. But I want him to be proud of me and he deserves to have an attractive wife. The cruise is being given to us to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We never had a wedding or honeymoon, We missed out on alot of "special things" and we are always struggling. And eating right is expensive. Please respond quickly, July will be here soon and the 1st is my birthday, the 10th is our anniversary

Well eating healthy really is not that expensive you need to bake chicken eat fish and other low fat meats with lots of veggies and some fruit. Stay away from the pasta and stay away fast food that is a big no no. Exersise 5 times a week and I bet you burn off that fat. If you just do not have the willpower which is understandable because I am a big girl as well then dress really nice get a new hairdo that is going to compliment you and have lots of fun on your cruise with your husband. Sounds as though he loves you no matter what and he is already proud of you otherwise you would not be married for 25 years.

I have lost 43 pounds by cutting out all regular pop and drinking 1 diet pop a day and eating no more than 1500 calories a day. I have done this in about 2 months. I walk 3 miles everyday as well. It is falling off because I am really watching the calories I put into my body!!! You can do it!!!

Go to your Dr., tell him you are serious about losing weight and he can show you how to sensibly diet and exercise. It will take lots of will power. Hang brochures of the cruise on the fridge, keep a food journal, write down everything....remind yourself often the hows and the whys of doing this...you may not lose as much as you want by the trip...you will be pleasantly surprised by not only how good you will look but how good losing the weight will make you feel.

Remember nothing tastes as good as slender feels....

GOOD LUCK!!!!!! 8-}

I've heard a lot of people had success with Weight Watchers and they even have an on-line program. And you HAVE to exercise. I do Kung Fu 2-3 nights a week and when I first started, I dropped one pant size within the first month.

Avoid the programs where you have to buy their food...once you stop eating it, you gain the weight back. You simply need to adjust your lifestyle a bit, that's all.

while i develop into youthful, i develop into gullible and believed in that style of stuff; like human beings being the antichrist or the authorities attempting to take over the international. I now understand that that is absurd. Oprah Winfrey isn't devil, she is a television character that still happens to be sturdy at speaking and incredible visitors. She has no longer accomplished something "evil." bear in mind, there are genuine human beings at the back of the stars you watch on television. they have lives. they are no longer bent on taking on the international the two (maximum of them). in case you opt to appreciate approximately somebody, attempt and meet them, do no longer in basic terms formulate ideas approximately them and concoct conspiracy theories. you could discover that the guy is punctiliously distinctive than you anticipated. :D

If you are serious, I am going to tell you how to lose weight!!!!!!......Ok, but you are going to Have to do the Work!!!!.....Women need to stay UNDER 28 fat grams a day!.....OK, now ?......You are going to READ every label (you said you want to lose 100lbs, you have to do this)....you are going to eat only enough food products that keep your fat intake under 28 grams a day......Now, how....You don't eat the following, yes I know.....: Any fried foods, No Mayonaise,No Butter, lay off the white bread products, flour tortilla's, no sugar filled soda pop, no icecream, no candy, no potato chips, mac.salad, potato salad, pizza, hot dogs a definite NO NO, lower your salt intake if your a salt shaker hound like I was, ABSOLUTELY NO FAST FOOD!!!!, no french fries, onion rings, etc!!!!!!.......Now, you are going to get off the couch or computer chair, and EVERYDAY, you are going to go for a walk, everyday....start off for a few minutes, and build up to about 45min +.....You stay under 28 fat grams a day, eat HUGE salads, loaded with any fresh veg's, fat free dressings, use butter substitutes, like Molly Mcbutters on veg's or a cup of rice, no yolk egg noodles, eat all the sugar free puddings, and jello's, and low fat yogurts you want to.Sugar free drinks.....You can eat all day long, and not consume the "fat" content....That is what puts weight on you, you can count calories all day long, but you start counting the fat grams, and start walking, and I GUARANTEE you will watch it start to MELT off of you!!!!!!!!!!!!
