Abstinence, and pulling out, but that is not a method a "young" man should use. I would not trust a guy with that until they are at least 25 - 30 years old. If done right, it does work.

However, if you are young and you don't want to go on the pill, and your boyfriend will not use a condom, abstinence is best!

Go to a local drug store and get a little box of test strips that tell you when you are ovulating. You should be able to find a box of 20 test strips for about 15.00 - 20.00. Start testing about 5 days after the last day of your period. So your period ends on monday then start testing on friday and keep testing yourself everyday until you see a positive result, meaning that your body is giving off the hormones telling you that you are ovulating (I think it's hcg). Continue to test and see how many positive days that you get and mark all of this down on the calendar. Remember that sperm can live inside you for up to 5 or 6 days. Now if you started ovulating on the 15th then you would now know that (15-5 days) you can't have sex safely past the 10th. There is a window of about 3 to 4 days that you are ovulating or the test will show positive for this hormone so then add those days on. Example: You start ovulating on the 15th then no sex without a condom from the 10th till the 19th. The best way to remember the ovulation day is actually to count how many days total it took you to ovulate from the first day of your period, that way you get it right every month.

My husband and that i didnt use condoms or bith administration, and that i didnt get pregnant for 2 years until eventually we began formally attempting to get pregnant . I basically charted my classes and cervical mucous- yet i'm a uncommon case of the position that replaced into actual succesfful -maximum human beings get pregnant very rapidly attempting this technique so i do not recommend it, besides the indisputable fact that that is an selection. superb guess will be on your spouse to easily use some kind of hormonal depending pill. or you may try barrier approaches for her- which includes the diaphram or sponge or female condom- besides the indisputable fact that those approaches at the on the spot are not as efficient because the condom.

honestly, don't have sex, get altered(hysterectomy or vasectomy) or there is a temp solution where the general practitioner or family doctor can put little clamps on the fallopian tubes so the egg never reaches the uterus or the sperm. There are now patches, ring and needles available instead of daily pills. Again, not having sex works wonderfully.

Good ole NFP. Natural Family Planning! Which I highly recommend. You have to really know your body and have self control though. There are books you can buy that has a ton of info about it, and it is 99% effective if done correctly plus it is free! Good luck.

I went to catholic school and we learned the natural rythym calendar or whatever. That's an option, the calendar method or you can pay for this device at the store that takes your temperature and tells you when you're most likely to get pregnant.

Then there's the famous, "pull out" method.. ahah
my boyfriend thinks since he's been smoking weed for 10+ years he's infertile... however i'm pregnant now and it was hard to get pregnant.

You can try an IUD, a sponge or a film...the film actually works very well - it is a spermicidal film that you put over your cervix. It can be used up to 4 hours...find it a the drugstore or buy online.
