Hey These other people arnt giving u a answer to your question but i have a real answer. I am 13 years old, 14 in march. I started to get c-u-m in june of this year. how do you know whether your ejaculate is pre or ***? what is your definition of either...
usually precumm is watery/clearish (because it has no bulk of sperm and *** is thick and white because of all of the semen
the more you masturbate, the less sperm you have because the body has a hard time to catch up
generally, boys do not end puberty until the early 20's

Every person is different,what is normal for one person at one age can be different for another. I would think by 16 it will be fine. Something to remember is ,that it is not an endless supply and it needs time to replenish itself. If you get my drift?
