As a guy who usually doesn't orgasm from BJs, I can assure you that it's most likely not something you did "wrong". More likely, he simply doesn't get off any way but actually in coitus, and that's not something that you're going to change, no matter how good you are at giving him head.

Some men won't climax with a BJ. It's not anything you "did" or didn't do. It's just this particular guy, and this particular time. Especially if he said it was good. My experience is that most men will tell how they like it -- harder, softer, up near the glans, stroking and squeezing the testicles during the act, etc.
Sometimes I mix it up, I use my hand and my mouth on them, sometimes simultaneously. Try different things with him orally, communicate with him about it.

I have never had a bj where I didn't c-u-m and I have had hundreds. You better take his temperature to see if he is alive. In all my years, I have never had a bad bj, some better than others, but no bad ones. If you have your mouth on his penis, believe me, you are doing it right so don't worry. no, it could many factors like before u gave him head he shoot all of his sperm for the day, he might not be able to climax thourgh oral like he can through intercourse, smoetimes nothing cums out as he goes through to much stress and stuff, but its really common
