internet connection error, or system error??

Question

fequently when i connect to the internet, this box shows up,

generic host process win32 services and it includes,

ompat.txt
what does this mean, if i click either of, send error report or dont

send, my internet connection cant be disconnected and the taskbar

changes from an xp to a non xp taskbar and changes back to xp

again, but the internet connection icon wont disappear or be

disconnected yet the internet can not receive or send data..
whats wrong with my system, need help badly. thanks

You need to do a system scan --- that is what happened to my computer. and also try to do a registry scan to and clean out your clutter of Internet files and do a major system scan to clean out your system. When was the last time you defraged?
