Foreskin is natural and its primary purpose is to protect the hea dof the penis from friction and drying out thus keeping it as sensitive as possible. In addition though the foreskin itself is loaded with nerve endings that heighten the sensitivity of the penis during masturbation or sex.

Yes many people who are not well clued in about foreskin will say it is ugly or bad but truth is if they come to know and play with a lot of foreskins, they will soon realize it is just nicer to have. As for diseases, you are no more prone to them than any other guy; just keep things clean and always use condoms or other protection during sex. As for cleaning tha tisn;t near as much work as others claim either; in fact the retracting and cleaning process can feel good and add a bit of joy to yoru morning showers.

So, enjoy your foreskin, keep it clean and have a good life with it securely attached.

Uncommon: no, about 2 billion men, another billion boys are uncircumcised in the world. About the only places where guys are cut or mutilated are the US, Israel, and the middle east.

Bad-no, it is the natural state of the penis. Circumcism was a religious practice of certain pagan societies, so men would not look like their close cousins, chimps and other apes. Other religions also adopted it and in the 20th century, US doctors mutilated almost every male in the name of hygiene, with no basis to do that. Beginning in the late 90's the percent of US males circumcised has dropped dramatically from over 90% to about 50%, so in the next few years there will be a lot more uncut post-pube US guys out there.

years before circumcision, there was uncircumcision...someone then decided that 'extra skin' was bad and then it became the norm to be circ'd
now, it is going back the other way, and more boys are coming home covered...
for the women, it is personal preference...i had an old girlfriend that loved my extra flap, and then i had a few that hated it...i think the trend will be that the more 'extra' the ladies see, the less of a freak out it will be...
also, the boys are not getting teased about it as much in gym as before, because there are now more to show off their extra
benefits: some guys say better sensitivity and 'looking cool'
bad points: you need to wash extra well there to prevent a buildup of smegma (the oily secretion) that protects the skin for the urine contact...so if you are not circ'd, pull the foreskin back daily in the shower, clean well, and DRY well and she'll be OK

curcumsizing is only common in a few countries. most men around the world are not cut.

not really a matter of good or bad. uncut guys will have to take extra care to clean their penis and make sure stuff doesn't get stuck inside..

as far as getting STDs, well, that's only an issue if you are having unprotected sex with partner's whom you don't know or don't trust.

It is the MOST common. Only in the United States and perhaps several other countries is circumcision the norm. In most other countries men's foreskins are left alone. There are definite benefits in that the foreskin protects the head of the penis from becoming desensitized.

I'm a nurse. This is common for males not to have this done. This was done in the days of old for a number of reasons. Religious and for sterile reasons. Children who wasn't circumcised are more pron ed germs. I wouldn't get it done now because the pain would be unbearable. If in fact you still want to go ahead with the procedure, then give yourself extra time to heal. You are fine how you are. Take care.

I have heard many times that a man that is not circumcised has more problems with infections and trying to keep it clean. I have only seen 2 in my years and I have a grand-baby that was circumcised but the doctor messed that up and now his circumcision did not work and he has trouble with keeping it clean and get sores and rashes more often than his dad did.

An uncircumcised penis is very common and it is not bad at all. In fact, it will give you more pleasure than someone who had his penis circumcised.
Benefit of having a penis? Oh yes, heaps of benefits.
