Rack your brain to think of businesses that are open 24 hours and such. Thoughts that come to mind (without knowing exactly what type of job you want) are:
tech help call centers and emergency services (police, fire, ambulance, 911 call center). The latter may be a real option if you are looking for a career and have a clean criminal record.
Also, cleaning office buildings at night can be lucrative and you can get work either on your own or with an already established company that does this.
Additionally, many of the big stores (Target, Wal-Mart, etc.) as well as grocery stores stock their shelves during the evening/night/graveyard hours, although this is certainly less career-oriented.
Hope this helps. Good luck!

I worked the night shift for years as the manager of a large car rental agency. The pay was great and I got a company car and they supplied the gas, oil and insurance on the vehicles. We also got a new car every week. It was classified as testing the fleet so we didn't have to pay taxes on it like it was part of our income.
You could try getting a job in an airport as a manager of some type. The car rental place I was a manager at was in a large airport and you would be amazed at the number of jobs needed to run a 24 hour airport in a large city.
How about a night manager at a hotel.
There are many jobs out there. All you have to do is look. Also, the night positions pay better than the day positions because it is much harder to find someone to work the night shift.

While this may not be the answer you are looking for I feel inclined to answer in this way. What do you have your associates in? Do you like the field? What is it you see yourself doing in 5/10 years work-wise (forget for a second about all the many limitations). I ask you these questions to get to my answer: you will never be happy with whatever job (because it will not be a career if you do not love it and what to do it) you find unless it is what you were destined to do. Work so that you can get to a place where you can live the life you want. I hope this helps. Be blessed my friend!

Unfortunately, medical schools and internships tend not to be set up to accomodate people with disabilities very well. If this is truly your passion, then go for it, but you will have to put in extra work and time and will need some extra income to get you through internships and residencies. If you are just leaning to med school but love chemistry, physics, etc. these are things that can generally be done in a lab (the few labs that have windows do not have many and would be easy to convert) and would make a good option for you.
